Today we switched over to a new “blue” color scheme for the sidebar. I know it feels a little strange at first, but you’ll get used to it – it has a more open feel than the slate gray.
In addition, we implemented the changes talked about in the last post where you add markers to personal maps intead of categorizing or tagging it.
We’re also gathering up many new icons that will go out in the near future!

How about creating a favicon to see in address bar and favorites menu?
I’ve seen your new icon for “town”. It looks to me like “church” — as in Stowe, VT:

I say bring back the purple “town” buildings for a smaller city and use “pins” for towns — 0-50,000 population, no buildings over 3-4 floors high.
Hmm – I guess it’s more like a town with a church. We have a few other town icons we can use. We’re going to be placing a lot more options on there shortly.
